Tim Waylett, P.E.
President / Senior Analyst

Tim has a B.S.M.E. from UNC Charlotte in NC and a M.E. of Aerospace and Mechanical Engineering from University of Virginia. Tim was a Structural Analyst for Babcock and Wilcox Nuclear Technologies in Lynchburg, VA from 1991 through 1994. From 1994 through 1998, he was a Design Engineer/Analyst for Pneumafil in Charlotte, NC. In 1998, Tim started Eclipse Engineering. His areas of expertise include structural analysis, thermal analysis, fatigue analysis, vibration analysis, ASME analysis and CAE automation/integration. He is a registered P.E. in the State of North Carolina.
Charles B. Reid, P.E.

Chuck has a B.S.M.E. and M.S.C.E from Auburn University in Alabama. Chuck has fourteen years of experience as a Project and Structural Consulting Engineer. Eight of those years have been in the field of industrial exhaust systems. In addition, Chuck has taught Statics and Structures as an Adjunct Professor in the School of Engineering Technology at the University of Southern Mississippi. He maintains P.E. licenses in Alabama and Mississippi.
Allen Miller, P.E.

Allen has a B.S.M.E. from North Dakota State University and a M.E. of Aerospace and Mechanical Engineering from University of Virginia. During his career, he has accumulated 6 years in nuclear design experience, 10 years consulting experience with ASME Section VIII and B31.3 and 22 years of structural design experience. He maintains a P.E. license in the State of North Carolina.

Tim has a B.S.M.E. from Old Dominion University in Virginia. Tim has 6 years industry experience in designing and analyzing gaskets and sealing systems. He has design experience in robotics and remote tooling and steam generator tooling.
Paul Becker
Application Architect

Paul has 10+ years professional experience in an ASME environment. For 4 of those years, he was responsible for design and delivery of approximately 1.5 million dollars/year of ASME pressure vessels and heat exchangers. He also has 20+ years professional experience in software development. He has extensive experience in CAE automation and integration with programs such as ANSYS, AutoCAD, MicroStation and SolidWorks.
